Vice President, Chemical Regulatory Compliance & Product Stewardship

Sonia Razzaque (Ruh-zack) has been a practitioner of Product Stewardship (PS) for 20+ years. She cut her "regulatory teeth" at The Dow Chemical Company in Midland, Michigan, and continued to hone her skills at Huntsman, Celanese, Americas Styrenics, and Nexeo Solutions (now Univar). As of July 2021, she is the Global Vice President of Chemical Regulatory Compliance and Product Stewardship at Michelman. She also leads Michelman’s Legal department.

Outside of her responsibilities at Michelman, she enjoys speaking at Product Stewardship conferences and is President-elect of the Product Stewardship Society. As a self-proclaimed PS geek (and proud of it!), she loves mentoring junior product stewards and extolling the value of Product Stewardship to anyone who will listen. She doubled majored in Microbiology and Biotechnology and holds a BSc. (Hons) degree from the University of New …
